Taylors Single Harvest 1975 Tawny Port is an extraordinarily rich Port wine, aromatically complex that displays delicious caramelized citrus aromas. It has notes of molasses, vanilla, caramelized quince and dried fruits. With a strong acidity, it perfectly harmonizes an aromatically rich bouquet of caramelized fruit flavors and honey notes.
Winemaking:
Taylors Single Harvest 1975 Tawny Port was produced by the traditional Porto wine method. This is a wine of exceptional quality, from a single harvest. It maturated in wood, for over 50 years, although, Colheitas Port wine never are less than 7 years of ageing on wood casks.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz.

Taylors Single Harvest 1975 Tawny is a Port wine that presents a delicious aromatic complexity, revealing a sweetness very well harmonized with delicate notes of ripe citrus, balsamic hints, spices, vanilla and waxy notes. It is a 50-year-old Port wine that reveals a bouquet of sweet citrus aromas, with a silky body and extraordinary acidity.

Serving temperature at 10ºC-12ºC.
